What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?
You must be at least 21 years old, have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, and provide a CHF 500 deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, cash payments, and TWINT only.
Are international trips allowed?
No, driving outside Switzerland is not permitted.
Where can I pick up and return the vehicle?
Pickup and return take place in Pfungen (8422 Pfungen, Switzerland). The exact address and details will be provided upon booking. Delivery and collection to a preferred location can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are possible up to 72 hours before the rental begins. After that, fees may apply.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety first! If the weather is unsuitable, the rental can be rescheduled upon agreement.
What documents do I need to bring when picking up the vehicle?
Please bring a valid driver’s license and either an ID card or passport.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, all vehicles are covered by full insurance. Details on deductible and coverage will be provided at booking.
Is there a mileage limit?
Each booking includes a set mileage allowance. Additional kilometers can be booked individually.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes, an additional driver can be registered for a fee. They must also meet the rental requirements.
What happens in case of damage or an accident?
If an accident or damage occurs, please contact us immediately. The insurance covers damages, but a deductible may apply.
Can the vehicle be used on a racetrack or for track days?
No! Track use, track days, or similar motorsport events are strictly prohibited. Our vehicles are exclusively for public road use. Unauthorized use will result in an immediate contractual penalty and full liability for any damages. We reserve the right to analyze GPS data to detect misuse.
